Travelers from South Arabia were in Nice for a short stay. In search of a thrill, they whished to practise paragliding in Nice. They brought in the CAIRN Expe travel agency to organize the adventure : A baptism in paragliding.

It was necessary to get up early to take advantage of the best conditions of flight. So, CAIRN EXPE guides were present at 7:30 am in front of the hotel in Nice to meet the adventurers.
Left for an excursion 4×4, we borrowed the mountain roads of the Alpes-Maritimes, our visitors was themselves impressed by the beauty of the landscape which faced them.
After one hour of road, here they are arrived on the site of flight in paragliding, where they were able to have an overview of what waited for them.
Unusual excursion
We chose for them a take-off of unusual paragliding: the summit of one of the most beautiful mountains of the Alpes-Maritimes …
To reach the take-off, there was a stage to be crossed : the 4×4 hike. The future paragliders had their first vertiginous training before taking off. Indeed, the forest track crossed of the hillside ways. The CAIRN Expe 4×1 jumps on these obstacles for the biggest happiness of the passengers. Guaranteed strong sensations !
Flight in paragliding in Nice and in the Alpes-Maritimes
Arrived at the top of the mountain, it was time to make the big jump. Our pilots equipped their passengers and explained to them how this flight in paragliding was going to take place. The conditions were perfect and the sight majestic!
Everybody is ready to fly away. Sails get up, some steps and then it is the flight. An impressive and fascinating sensation. A big shout of joy is listened, the pleasure will continue during all the duration of the flight. The conditions allow a sensational flight, with a skimming through over mountains, valleys and lakes. The thermals are rolled up by the pilots and the paragliders exceed the height of take-off.
In the landing, the emotion was at its peak. A baptism in paragliding in the Alpes-Maritimes made a success for our friends of Saudi Arabia. They can take with them the memories of this great day thanks to photos and videos realized by their guide.
